Hey, I’m      Kadu Nakashima.
I’m a Facilitator, Strategist, and Mentor helping creative professionals and businesses build authentic, purpose-driven brands through workshops, strategic consulting, and mentorship.

1. I’ve been at the top of my corporate career and decided to start over.

After achieving desired positions and salaries in large startups in Latin America and the Middle East, I realized that success without purpose only brings exhaustion. I resigned and took a sabbatical to redefine what it is to live well.

2. I transformed the sabbatical year into a path of clarity.

In the silence of the pause, I rediscovered my intuition - and learned that the most correct decisions in my life came when I respected what I felt before rationalizing. Today, I help others do the same.

3. My methodology mixes strategy, branding and self-knowledge.

I developed an original approach to guide brands and people in transition: without ready-made formulas, with processes that integrate identity, clarity and creativity.

4. I believe that clarity transforms.

In each workshop, mentoring or consulting, I help people to see more clearly who they are and where they can go.

5. I am in the process of immigration to Spain working remotely.

I seek quality of life, purpose and freedom to create. Here, I am building a new life with calm, awareness and consistency.

6. I believe that branding is also self-care.
For me, taking care of the image we show to the world is a direct reflection of how much we know - and respect - who we are. That’s why I facilitate deep processes, not just deliver brand strategies.

7. An aspirational Youtuber for self-expression.

I created the channel 'Papo Possível' to share learnings about purpose, creativity and clarity, expanding my performance for personal development and the creator universe.
